Because most of what we sell is made to order, returns and refunds are only accepted in the above situations.

What To Do When Your Product Arrives Damaged

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right. Send us an email within 24 hrs and include photos for review to support@urbancitygifts.com  Please include photos of the packaging and the item so we can see the damage.
